Psychological counseling
The purpose of psychological counseling is to help solve the problem. Together, we recognize and change ineffective behavior patterns in order to make or not make an important decision, solve problems, and achieve a set goal. This can be from one to ten meetings.
Personal psychotherapy The goal of personal psychotherapy is to change the client's personality and behavior aimed at changes in the client's life. Personal psychotherapy therapy is a long-term work, not less than 10 meetings. Meetings (psychotherapeutic sessions) are held once or twice a week. The main feature of personal therapy is that it has its own dynamics and duration. In the process of work, we can study many aspects of your life, explore attitudes, relationships, open gestalts, and more. A therapeutic contract is necessary to create clear rules for personal therapy.
Therapeutic contract (personal psychotherapy)
1. The course of personal therapy consists of individual sessions and ends with a final session, where we sum up the results and summarize the processes. Personal therapy that does not have a final session is not finished.
2. Rules for canceling and rescheduling sessions. We mutually respect each other, our time. The client must notify me of canceling or rescheduling the session no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the pass must be paid. For notification, you can use any communication channels specified in the contacts on the site.
3. One session lasts 50-60 minutes, is determined individually, and is agreed upon at the first consultation.
4. The cost of services established at the beginning of therapy is fixed for the client for 60 days. After the expiration of this period, the price may be revised if the conditions of service provision have changed on the site. The client receives a notification about the price change 30 days in one of the sessions.
5. Confidentiality. The content of therapeutic sessions is confidential and represents the secret of psychotherapy: Clients' personal data remain confidential in the case of receiving professional supervision and consultations from me. Publications based on stories from practice are published by mutual consent of the parties. The client's personal data are encrypted and remain confidential. In the event of a situation that poses a threat to the client's life or his environment, I reserve the right to notify the client's representative of the risks.
