Client and FOP Horodnychiy O.V. , hereinafter the Parties, consent to the use of personal data provided to the other Party for the purpose of implementing the state policy in the field of personal data protection and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". The consent of the Party means that it, as the subject of legal relations related to personal data, has (and is ready to present at the request of the other Party) the documented consent of natural persons, in respect of whom personal data is processed according to the Law, that their personal data will be to be kept by the other Party for further use in the implementation of business relations between the Parties. At the same time, the Parties guarantee that their representatives (subjects of personal data) are familiar with their rights, provided for in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and informed that personal data are protected and protected in accordance with the said Law, as well as in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine. By means of an oral civil contract, the parties guarantee that they are in accordance with Art. 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" are the owners of personal data bases, which include their representatives. The Parties bear sole responsibility for non-fulfillment of this condition.
