A consultation is one or more meetings where we look for an answer to a question or a way to solve a problem. A metaphor can be given that therapy is repairing a boat to fix a leak, and counseling is filling the sails to sail.

In one consultation, we will be able to understand the causes of your condition and start working with it. Three to five sessions are enough for you to feel significant relief. Closer to the tenth lesson, we will begin to work with the root causes of your problem. The average course of personal therapy lasts from six months or more with a regularity of 1 or 2 sessions per week.
9. What problems do you solve and when is the time to end therapy?
I work with a wide variety of client requests. Relationships, professional difficulties, psychopathology, family systems, much more.
